Life Cycle

Life Cycle, it is one of the most important things in our life that really piques our attention whether you are a kid nor an adult, that is because it shows both our future and it also shows our past and of course it includes our current or present living, whe I said life cycles shows our future and it shows our past, it does not literally mean whe cane see through time, or even go time travelling. What I meant was the life cycle we know and the life cycle that we have is it shows stages of our life just like in the wild life. Life cycle is like a summarization of stages of a life in a living being while it is still alive and until it dies, a lot of being has life cycles some are just short compared to other life cycles of other living beings but just like what I have just said earlier about life cycles, It is mainly about summarized stages of life of different kinds of living beings while still alive until it eventually dies. There are alot of life cycles that we can think of that helps our environment in a lot of ways for example, a beehive, a beehive usually contains three types of bees in it and those three types of bees are usually Drones, Workers and of course the most important bee of all in any beehive the Queen Bee.

Every beehive colonies only have a single queen, and every bee in the colony is her daughter or son. And when it comes to how Queen bees looks they are easily recognized by their large abdomens compared to her worker bees and the retinue of workers bees that follow her around. And if ever a second queen appears in the colony the workers will either force the invading queen out of the hive or the two queens will fight until only one is left standing, But have you heard of a honey bee swarm? It is when bees run out of space for honey then the colony willthen make a new queen then move out of its nest and make a new beehive for that new starting colony to live in. And the other type of a bee in a colony is a honey bee workers, and all of them are female. So if a colony needs anew one they will jist pick one out of the female workers, These workers change the tasks they do as they age kind of how we change what we do as we get older and first we stay at home, then we go to school and then work. Young honey bee workers first do tasks inside the nest like take care of the queen and young larvae. Young bees also produce wax from glands on their abdomens and build all of the structures you see in the nest. How long each bee works at a certain job will change depending upon the needs of the colony. Usually after a few weeks inside the nest, workers will transition to outside tasks and take their first flight. The last task a honey bee worker performs is foraging. Forager bees leave the nest and collect nectar, pollen and water. Adult honey bee foragers will usually live another 30 days after they begin foraging, about 51 days in total. This is because foraging is one of the most dangerous tasks in the colony. And outside the nest foragers are exposed to all different kinds of dangers of the outside world. They could be attacked by predators, lose their way back home, get caught in a wind storm, and they could even fall victim to diseases or pesticides in the environment. In the winter when the worker bees huddle inside the nest for warmth, they can live for over 6 months. Drone or Male bees are called drones and do not have stingers, unlike most of the female bees you see. Male bees are A bee’s job is determined by its sex. Male bees, or drones, don’t do any work. They make up roughly ten percent of the colony’s population, and they spend their whole lives eating honey and waiting for the opportunity to mate
